پښتو اکېډمۍ بلوچستان کوټه د پښتو ژبي، ادب، کلتور او زده کړي د پرمختګ او ودې لپاره د تېرو پينځو لسيزو څخه په دوام داره توګه لګيا ده او کار کوي. اکېډمۍ په کال ۱۹۷۱ کښې په کوټه کښې کار پېل کړ او په رسمي توګه په کال ۱۹۷۳ کښې د سوسائټيز ايکټ ۱۸۶۰ لاندي رجسټر شوه.
Pashto Academy Balochistan Quetta has been continuously working for the development and advancement of Pashto language, literature, culture and education for the last five decades. The academy started functioning in Quetta in the year 1971 and was officially registered in the year 1973 under the Societies Act 1860. Administrative and financial affairs of the Academy are administered by a 15-member committee (Executive Council) elected by the General Body (35 Members) for a term of three years. All members of the academy work voluntarily. Every year in August, all members of the General Body meet and submit annual performance reports, analyze and validate past work, and approve new projects.

Basic Objectives
Pashto Academy Baluchistan Quetta has been continuously working for the development and advancement of Pashto language, literature, culture and education for the last five decades.
- To publish Books and Magazine for the growth and development of Pashto language and literature, to reach out to the readers so that the possibilities of survival and development of literature become more highlighted.
- To establish links between different writers, researchers and creators of Pashtun areas ,literary societies, institutions and universities through educational international and civilian level seminars to promote Pashto language and literature. Useful steps can be taken in determining the objectives in future and work for its achievement
Institutional Structure
Basic Activates in Academy
- Promoting and Conducting International Conferences on Pashto Language, Literature, Culture and History.
- Conducting seminars on Pashto Language, Culture, History, Criticism and Historiography.
- Launching Pashto Literacy Courses for Pashto and Non-Pashto Speakers.
- Exploring, analyzing and publishing classical and ancient texts of Pashto.
- Publishing books and journal on different themes of literature, culture, history, research and criticism.
- Developing Linkages with Academic, Research and Literary Academies, Universities and Institutions.
Financial aid and expenses
The Pashto Academy, like the Baloch and Brahui academies, receives an annual grant from the Government of Balochistan and spends it on scientific, literary, linguistic and educational purposes of the Pashto language. Audits and Evaluation reports are generated every month, its financial affairs complied in accordance with the decisions and standards of PPRA Rules, and as per financial standards/SoP’s of Pashto Academy Baluchistan.
